Dr. Rogelio Roncal is a distinguished alumnus of our university who had many notable awards and achievements including the 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦, 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗖𝗨-𝗖𝗢𝗠 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 (𝗠𝗖𝗨-𝗖𝗠𝗔𝗔𝗔) and the 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 – 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟯).

His career highlights include serving as a Senior Psychiatrist at the New York State Forensic Psychiatric Center and the Clinical Director of the Middletown Psychiatric Center. He was also the Founder and Director of the Middletown Alcoholism Treatment Center and Chief of the Education and Training Department.
