He also ranked 1st in the 2018 Certified Human Resource Associate Assessment and was recognized with Excellence by the ASEAN Human Development Organization in 2023.
His career has been a blend of academia and leadership, guiding the next generation as a college faculty member, guidance counselor, and even leading the Psychology Department.
