Ms. Flordelis Molon – Nosol is a distinguished member of the MCU Nursing Class of 1963. As part of the first batch to graduate with a BS in Nursing from MCU, Ms. Flordelis has had a remarkable career spanning over four decades.
After passing the Nursing Board Exam in 1963, she worked at MCU Hospital, then at Kansas University Medical Center as a Nursing Fellow. In the Philippines, she served at Veterans Memorial Hospital and pursued advanced studies at Philippine Women’s University.
In the US, Ms. Flordelis worked at El Camino Hospital, where she was part of the team implementing computerized patient care. She spent over two decades at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, excelling as a Staff Nurse and Advice Nurse.
Even after retiring in 2004, Ms. Flordelis continued to volunteer, providing free health services and scholarships to nursing students. Her career is a testament to her dedication to nursing and community service.
