🩸 Lifeline 2025: A Blood Donation Initiative 🩸

  • Post last modified:May 23, 2025

Held last April 29, 2025, Lifeline 2025 was a successful collaboration between MCU-FDTMF, Inc., Veterans Memorial Medical Center, and the Philippine Red Cross – Caloocan Chapter, with a shared mission of saving lives through voluntary blood donation.

This event was more than just a call for blood donors—it was a celebration of community, compassion, and service. We were honored to be joined by the Philippine Pharmacists Association – CAMANAVA Chapter, who extended their support by providing free medicines to our donors, adding a thoughtful layer of care to the entire initiative.

What made this event even more special was the strong presence of our MCU alumni. Some of them volunteered through our partner institutions, while others came forward as blood donors—demonstrating that the Centralino commitment to service doesn’t end at graduation. 💚

We also commend the invaluable support from our College of Medical Technology students, who offered their time and skills in assisting the medical teams during the activity. And, of course, heartfelt thanks go out to our MCU employees who stepped up and joined the cause, further reinforcing our culture of empathy and public service.

Lifeline 2025 is a reflection of what we can achieve when organizations and individuals come together with a common goal. Through every bag of blood donated, every medicine handed out, and every helping hand extended, we brought hope and healing to those in need.

Once again, thank you to all who participated and supported this initiative. Together, we uphold the true essence of being a Centralino—committed, compassionate, and community-centered.
