Dr. Wilfredo Garcia, an esteemed alumnus of Manila Central University (MCU), has made remarkable contributions to medicine and his community. After earning his ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐-๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง 1970, he received several scholarships and honors, including the A. Dr. Garcia specialized as an Emergency Room Officer and completed his Residency in Anesthesiology at the Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, where he was awarded the Ulirang Kawani Award and named Most Outstanding Anesthesiology Resident.
His humanitarian efforts include serving as a Mission Physician for the T’boli Tribes in Lake Sebu and participating in the Rotary International Group Study Exchange Program in Ohio, USA, earning recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow.
