Las Vegas, Nevada – October 4–5, 2025.
The Manila Central University Medical Alumni Foundation and Association in America (MCUMAFAA) successfully held its 2025 Annual Reunion and Scientific Meeting at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The two-day gathering was a vibrant celebration of both professional excellence and enduring camaraderie, as Centralino physicians and medical professionals from across the United States and other parts of the world came together to reconnect, learn, and celebrate their shared legacy.
With the theme “Centralinos: Integrating Insights from Multidisciplinary Medical Advances,” this year’s convention reaffirmed MCUMAFAA’s commitment to advancing lifelong learning and professional growth among MCU graduates. The Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions offered a series of thought-provoking lectures and interactive discussions on the latest developments in various medical disciplines. These sessions provided participants with valuable insights and opportunities to exchange knowledge and expertise across specialties—reflecting the true spirit of collaboration that defines the MCU medical community.
Beyond the scientific sessions, the reunion offered a meaningful platform for rekindling friendships and strengthening bonds that transcend time and distance. Alumni shared stories of their journeys, celebrated personal and professional milestones, and expressed gratitude for the education and values instilled in them by their alma mater. The evening fellowship was a highlight of the weekend, filled with laughter, music, and heartfelt moments that captured the essence of being a Centralino—grounded in compassion, excellence, and unity.
The success of the 2025 MCUMAFAA Convention and Reunion was made possible through the dedicated leadership of Dr. Winston Magno, Dr. Venus Tanzo, and Dr. Julie Blanco, whose commitment and teamwork ensured a memorable and well-organized event for all attendees.
