Mr. Hernandez is a master of many trades: a licensed professional teacher, a guidance counselor, and a psychometrician, not to mention his list of certifications including Certified Human Resource Professional and ASEAN Certified Human Development Professional.
He also ranked 1st in the 2018 Certified Human Resource Associate Assessment and was recognized with Excellence by the ASEAN Human Development Organization in 2023.
His career has been a blend of academia and leadership, guiding the next generation as a college faculty member, guidance counselor, and even leading the Psychology Department.
